Alligator is one of the leanest and most healthy meats found anywhere. The meat we use is farm-raised under strict conditions right here in the USA. The spicy recipes that complement this meat give it the especially unique taste that makes it the most popular product in our line.
Buffalo Bob’s Jerky is made from prime cuts of meat that have been ground, blended with seasonings and formed into flat strips (no casing). Then, the meat is slow-smoked for as long as seven hours to capture the flavors of the selected hardwoods. To ensure freshness all products are individually vacuum-sealed.
We don’t always offer beef jerky, but when we do the beef we use is only the finest and, because we use leaner cuts, it raises the standards by which all others should be measured. It’s seasoned to perfection in each of our products to bring out the hearty flavor that’s traditional in beef snacks.
The Buffalo/American Bison meat used in our products is raised in North and South Dakota and Colorado. Our buffalo has that great western plains taste and quality that you are looking for. Most importantly, it’s a healthy meat raised naturally without the use of growth stimulants or antibiotics.
The elk meat used in our products comes from New Zealand. Just like the deer for our venison products, the elk are raised in the same free feeding mountain meadows which means no growth stimulants or antibiotics. Elk meat is milder, so we enhance the flavor by adding a bit of black pepper to all of our elk products.
The kangaroo meat used in our products comes from New Zealand. Just like the elk for our other products, the kangaroo are raised in the same free feeding mountain meadows which means no growth stimulants or antibiotics. Kangaroo meat is milder, so we enhance the flavor by adding a bit of spices to all of our kangaroo products. We create a very different snack treat using an Andouile recipe that complements this very lean, wild tasting meat.
The ostrich meat is farm-raised right here in the Midwest heartland of our country. Ostrich meat is in a class of its own. The flavor is excellent and, because it is a very lean meat, it has all the healthy alternatives most people are looking for today.
Pheasant Snack Sticks or Sausages
Pheasant has traditionally been a mark of quality at any sportsman’s table. Wisconsin is where our pheasant meat is farm-raised. It’s lightly seasoned, allowing the superb flavor to come through.
Buffalo Bob’s Snack Sticks are a ready to eat, pepperoni-sausage product each weighing one ounce. Ground meat is mixed with seasonings, encased in an edible casing and then slow-smoked over selected hardwoods. To ensure freshness all products are individually vacuum-sealed.
Our venison is a Royal red deer that’s farm-raised on mountain ranches in New Zealand, the world leader in producing venison meat. Deer roam freely, feeding on the rich grasses of the mountain meadows and are never fed artificial growth stimulants or antibiotics. Strict guidelines are followed for a superior product.
Wild Boar Jerky
The wild boar represents old European traditions. Any king’s dinner table would have been incomplete without it. This meat has a wild flavor and rich texture that makes it a unique taste adventure. The jerky and snack sticks have a BBQ flavor that satisfies a vigorous appetite.
